A Division of Masterpiece Integrative Medicine
A Car Crash can leave your muscles bruised and torn.  If these injuries are left untreated---or if they are not treated properly---scar tissue forms on the muscle that often causes long-term loss of range of motion, leaves them easily re-injured, and can create collateral problems in nearby muscle groups.  You need a seasoned professional.  Karla Linden, NMT, LMT has extensive medical training in traditional and non-traditional modalities focused on maximizing healing of injured muscles.  She uses a unique combination of focused attention at the problem site along with holistic therapy treatment to the rest of the body to stimulate your muscles' ability to heal with reduced long-term problems.  As a nationally certified neuromuscular therapist she is adept at using biomechanics, kinesiology and myofascial release to induce healing for whiplash, upper back pain, shoulder pain and other muscle  injuries common in the blunt force and thwarted inertia trauma which occurs in auto accidents.
Karla Linden, LMT, NMT began her studies in medical massage therapy in 1986 combining apprenticeships with renowned therapists and formal studies at the prestigious Atlanta School of Massage.  During the more than twenty years that followed she has seen thousands of patients and engaged in hundreds of hours of continuing medical education.  Most recently she has completed 700 hours of training in Traditional Chinese Medicine with a focus on understanding acupressure points and meridian therapy.  In 2010 she completed an internship in a hospital in China which gave her deep insight and practical experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine.  Her studies in 2011 will include medical research in India.  Karla literally goes to the ends of the earth to provide the best possible care for her patients.  Over the years her extensive training has included:
